With over 15 years of experience in the health and wellness field, Stephanie now supports individuals, couples, and families as a marriage and family therapist. She specializes in trauma-informed care and is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) as well as equine-assisted psychotherapy. Stephanie has completed specialized training in counseling military personnel and first responders, and she is currently engaged in research aimed at better supporting this unique population of helpers. Drawing from a strong academic and practical background in physiology, psychology, and therapeutic techniques, she offers a practical and compassionate approach to healing. Stephanie believes that every person holds the capacity for growth within themselves, and that effective therapy should be empowering, collaborative, and life-enhancing.

Tom is a Purdue University graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Organizational Leadership. A devoted family man and lifelong horseman, Tom brings a unique blend of leadership, technical skill, and hands-on experience to everything he does. He currently serves as the Site Leader at  Grainger, where he leads with a focus on innovation and service. Outside of his professional role, Tom manages the family farm and works as an equine specialist, drawing on a lifetime of working with horses. Whether he’s strategizing in the corporate world or connecting with animals in the field, Tom is passionate about stewardship, family, and living with purpose.

Blake is a Junior at Oldham County High School with a strong work ethic and a passion for farm life. As a dedicated farmhand, he assists with daily chores such as feeding animals, cleaning stalls, fixing fences, and helping care for the horses. Blake enjoys learning through hands-on experience and takes pride in doing honest, physical work. His respect for animals and eagerness to help make him a valuable part of the team. Outside of school and the farm, Blake enjoys spending time outdoors and with his family.
